This is one-on-one strength training for adults.
Sessions are private, structured, and focused on building strength through consistent, sustainable training.
This is not about extreme workouts or rapid transformations. It's about training that fits into your life and supports your health long-term.
Sessions take place in Simi Valley, CA.
$70/hour
Each session is one hour. It is always one-on-one.
We warm up, then work through your program for the day. The program changes over time based on your progress and goals.
You train at your own pace. If something doesn't feel right, we adjust or skip it.
Progress happens through showing up consistently and doing the work. Not through pushing yourself to exhaustion.
What we use:
Barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, bodyweight exercises, and basic gym equipment. Nothing fancy.
Getting stronger in the basic movements: squat, deadlift, press, pull. Strength that carries over into everyday life.
Learning to move well before adding weight. Correcting imbalances and movement patterns that cause problems.
Training you can sustain year after year. Not workouts that leave you destroyed or too sore to function.
Training that supports your life. Building capacity without breaking yourself down in the process.
Sessions are structured. You show up, warm up, and work through your program for the day.
You won't be pushed to train through pain or ignore warning signs. If something feels wrong, we stop and assess.
Progress will be gradual. Some weeks you'll feel stronger. Other weeks you'll maintain. That's normal.
This is not a competition. There are no leaderboards, no time limits, no pressure to perform for others.
You train for yourself. At your pace. With attention to detail and long-term sustainability.
Before you book, ask yourself:
