What age do you start?

Kids start as young as 5. We group by age and experience level.

Is it safe?

Yes. Training is supervised. We teach controlled movements. Technique before intensity, always.

Can I watch my kid train?

Yes. Parents are welcome in the training area.

What if my kid has never done this before?

Most kids haven't. We start with basics. Everyone was new once.

Do kids have to compete?

No. Competition is optional. Development and safety come first.
