Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black Belt & Certified Personal Trainer
I was born on April 28, 1989, in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
I hold a degree in Law, but I chose to leave that path to dedicate myself full time to Jiu Jitsu and strength training. What started as training became the work I decided to build my life around.
I have trained Jiu Jitsu since 2012 and am a Black Belt under Jefferson Moura. My teaching experience began in Brazil, where I started coaching both children and adults. Over the past 10 years, I have worked consistently with students of different ages and levels, building structured programs focused on long-term development.
In addition to my experience on the mat, I am certified as a Personal Trainer through ISSA. My work integrates technical Jiu Jitsu instruction with responsible strength training, always prioritizing movement quality, injury prevention, and sustainable progress.
One of the core principles behind my work is simple:
I do not want to only make my students good at Jiu Jitsu or
fitness.
I want Jiu Jitsu and fitness to be good for my students.
That means training in a way that:
My approach is built on:
Through Iron, Fabric & Caffeine, I apply this philosophy consistently — teaching with structure, responsibility, and clarity.
I don't promise quick results.
I focus on doing the work well and repeating it long enough for
progress to compound.
Whether you're interested in private Jiu Jitsu classes or personal training, I'm here to help you reach your goals.
